Lunar New Year is February 17, so this is your gentle reminder to use this time to prepare your space (and yourself) to attract the things you want in the year ahead.
2026 is the year of the Fire Horse, and according to Feng Shui, it will be a wonderful time to attract love and money!
But first, to make space for these exciting new opportunities, we must release the energy of the past…

Here is a two-minute process to release the past, and create room for new energy to flow into your life…
~ Sit comfortably, take a deep breath in and a long slow breath out. Then, breathe normally.
~ Picture yourself beside a beautiful sunny pond, surrounded by flowers. You’re sitting on a large flat rock by the water’s edge.
~ You are here to release the things that represent 2025 into it’s sparkling water.
~ These might be situations, people, places, or emotions that you would like to leave in the past year.
~ Imagine each item as a flower petal sitting in the palm of your hand. One at a time, consider what each petal represents.
~ Thank it for its role in our life, wish it well, then lovingly place it on the surface of the water.
~ Watch as it floats away, and eventually out of sight.
~ When you have let go of all the items that you wish to release, sit quietly for a moment. Feel the sunlight on your face, and the soft breeze in your hair.
~ Take a deep breath in, and a slow breath out.
Last year is a fading memory. The fresh energy of the new year beckons you forward. Feel the lightness in your body, mind, and heart. You are ready, open, and enthusiastic about what lies ahead.
